1 year ago I was 20lbs lighter.

Yes, I wrote ONE year ago.

And I was a helluva lot fitter, also.

Can it be done again? Yes. I just needed to re-evaluate my diet and definitely need to shock my body exercise wise.

*sigh*

I did it before, and I can do it again.

Just need to remind myself to keep going.
